This Oilfield Saltwater Disposal Service Business for Sale was founded in 1979 and has been under current ownership since 2002 and is an S Corp. This Saltwater Disposal Company is established in a prime shale play area in this state with blacktop roads leading you into the 3-1/2 acre disposal site. The SWD well is permitted for 9,000bbls. per day at 700psi. In 2012 the Company injected 453K bbls for the year at 550psi and has two monitoring wells and a large concrete receiving pit. The oilfield saltwater disposal company has all current operating licenses for reclaiming and the well is current on the MIT report and is in good standings with the state Corporation Commission. The well was currently reworked in spring of 2013, adding 3-1/2” liner and 2-3/8 coated tubing.

  The office building is appx. 800 sq.ft. and was built in 2003 there is also a 30’ x 30’ pump house where 2- 6 x 6 pumps are used for injection.

Corporate Structure and Ownership:

  This Oilfield Saltwater Disposal Company has one owner and currently employs 1 full-time and 2 part-time. The business could be expanded by adding additional oilfield services and hiring a salesperson to bring in additional business.
